We work closely with many types of intermediaries to generate deal flow including regional investment banks, boutique investment banks, business brokers, accounting firms, legal firms, buy-side search firms, commercial lenders, junior lending partners, independent sponsors, Association for Corporate Growth, and financial advisors, among others. We welcome buyer and finder’s fee arrangements on acquisitions that are completed.

Investment Criteria

 

Enterprise Value: $5 million – $75 million

EBITDA: $2 million – $10 million (less for add ons)

Industries/Business Types: Niche manufacturing, select technology segments, select services businesses, niche distribution, and certain special situations

Geographic Focus: O2 invests in companies throughout the United States and Canada with a preference for the Midwest and Great Lakes region
