4M Building Solutions Acquires Brokate Janitorial

O2 Investment Partners (www.o2investment.com) is pleased to announce that 4M Building Solutions (“4M”), a leading full-service commercial cleaning and janitorial services platform, has completed the acquisition of Springfield, Missouri based Brokate Janitorial (“Brokate”). Terms of the investment were not disclosed.

Brokate has been serving the Midwest since 1995 and cleans more than 3 million square feet per day in buildings ranging from 1,000 to 300,000+ square feet. The Company specializes in janitorial services, disinfection services, hard floor cleaning, carpet cleaning, day porters, window cleaning, exterior cleaning, and maintenance services.

Brokate marks 4M’s ninth acquisition since partnering with O2 Investment Partners in January 2023. Tim M. Murch, 4M CEO, said “We are thrilled to welcome Brokate Janitorial into the 4M platform.
