4M Building Solutions Acquires Calvary Building Services

O2 Investment Partners (www.o2investment.com) is pleased to announce that 4M Building Solutions (“4M”), a leading full-service commercial cleaning and janitorial services platform, has completed the acquisition of Grand Rapids, Michigan based Calvary Building Services (“CBS”). Terms of the investment were not disclosed.
CBS has been serving the greater Grand Rapids, Michigan metro-area since 2017 with a team of 50+ dedicated employees and long-tenured (average 5+ years) client contracts. The Company offers an extensive list of cleaning and specialty services including custodial, day porter, carpet cleaning, stripping and waxing, window cleaning, restorative floor cleaning, and more for clients in the corporate owner-occupied, special services, education, manufacturing/logistics, medical, and multi-tenant end markets.
