Azureon Acquires Northstar

O2 Investment Partners is pleased to announce that through its pool care platform Azureon, it has made an investment in and partnered with Northstar Pool Co. (“Northstar”), an Allendale, NJ based company (www.northstarpoolsnj.com). Terms of the investment were not disclosed.
Founded in 1999, Northstar is a full-service pool maintenance company that provides residential weekly maintenance, pool opening & closing, pool equipment repair & upgrades, and other services to customers throughout New Jersey. The partnership bolsters the operations of nearby Azureon member brand Aqua Doctor, led by Maria Keselman.

Northstar marks Azureon’s ninth acquisition as the platform continues its Northeast expansion strategy. Northstar will maintain significant ownership in the platform, and will immediately have access to ample operational support, resources, and technology from Azureon and its executive leadership team.
