Azureon’s Acquisition of Bona Pools Bolsters New Jersey Leadership

O2 Investment Partners is pleased to announce that through its pool care platform Azureon, it has made an investment in and partnered with Henry Bona Pools & Spas (“Bona Pools”), a Kenvil, NJ based company (www.bonapools.com). Terms of the investment were not disclosed.

Founded in 1960, Bona Pools is a full-service pool maintenance and construction company that provides residential pool installation, renovation, maintenance and other services to customers throughout New Jersey.

Bona Pools marks Azureon’s tenth acquisition as the platform continues to strengthen its foothold throughout the Northeast. Seann Kim, Chief Corporate Development Officer at Azureon, commented, “Bona Pools is a stellar, well-run operation recognized throughout New Jersey. We are thrilled to welcome Bona Pools to our rapidly expanding platform as Azureon further evolves into an industry leader.”

Bona Pools will maintain significant ownership in the platform, and will immediately have access to ample operational support, resources, and technology from Azureon and its executive leadership team.
