O2 Investment Partners Announces Appointment of Ryan Scripp

O2 Investment Partners (www.o2investment.com) announced today the appointment of Ryan Scripp as the firm’s newest Associate. Luke Plumpton announced the addition saying, “We’re excited to welcome Ryan Scripp to the O2 team. Ryan’s expertise in deal execution and analysis will be a great asset. We believe he will quickly make a positive impact on our current portfolio and help us evaluate new investment opportunities.”
In the new role, Ryan will be responsible for evaluating new transactions, due diligence, underwriting, and collaborating with O2’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining O2, Ryan was an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard. Ryan worked in the firm’s Technology and Business Services group where he advised clients on buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions. Before working at Lazard, Ryan worked at Baird in the Financial Sponsors Group as a Private Equity Data Analyst. Ryan received his BS from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and his MS in Finance from the Mendoza College of Business at Notre Dame.
