O2 Investment Partners (www.o2investment.com) is pleased to announce the promotions of Charlie Miller to Vice President and Shyam Shah to Senior Associate.
Luke Plumpton announced the promotions of Miller and Shah: “Charlie and Shyam’s expertise in evaluating investment opportunities, executing transactions, and scaling our portfolio companies has enhanced O2’s position in the lower-middle market private equity industry. The past few years have presented unique market situations through which both Charlie and Shyam proved to be excellent champions of O2’s philosophy of honoring the entrepreneur and partnering with family/founder owned businesses in a highly effective and unique way. We’re incredibly proud of them and look forward to their continued growth and contributions to the firm.”
Charlie joined O2 in 2019 and has been notably involved in O2’s investments in First Class and Mantis Innovation, serving on the board of First Class. Shyam became part of the O2 team in 2020 and has had noteworthy involvement in O2’s investments in SIB Holdings and BerlinRosen.
These promotions follow another busy year for O2, with the closing of 17 acquisitions and the addition of five new members to the team. O2 is eager to build on this success throughout 2023.
