Luke is Chief of Staff at O2 Investment Partners. He supports the Managing Partner across firm strategy and operations, coordinating key strategic initiatives across the firm. He also serves as a liaison to external advisors, service providers, and key firm stakeholders.

Prior to joining O2, Luke served as Chief of Staff to principals across private equity, professional sports, media, and technology. He most recently oversaw operations for a diversified portfolio spanning real estate, hospitality, and construction, and previously supported the ownership group of an NFL franchise and a media and entertainment venture. He has also led capital raising and strategic initiatives for a multi-sector operator in AI, legal services, and aerospace defense.

Luke received his MA in Security Policy Studies and his BA in International Affairs and Political Science from The George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs, where he was also a member of the Division I men’s soccer team.
