Micah Dawson is an Operating Partner at O2 Investment Partners. He works with management teams and investment professionals to drive value creation across the firm’s portfolio companies, with a focus on operational improvement, growth initiatives, and exit preparation.

Prior to joining O2, Micah was a Managing Director at Trivest Partners, where he led the firm’s Portfolio Support Group and partnered with portfolio companies to improve performance and accelerate growth. Earlier in his career, he held operating roles within a private equity-backed business and worked in strategy and corporate development for an industrial holding company.

Micah holds a JD-MBA from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami.
