Nick joined O2 in 2025 and is responsible for evaluating new transactions, due diligence, underwriting, and working with O2’s portfolio companies.

Prior to joining O2, Nick was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Mid-cap Group at Wells Fargo. He worked across consumer & industrial sectors on mergers and acquisitions and capital raises.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Colby College, where he captained the soccer team.
