Pat is a Partner of O2 Investment Partners and member of the Firm’s Investment Committee. He is responsible for sourcing new transactions, leading due diligence, underwriting, and monitoring O2’s portfolio companies.  

Prior to joining O2, Pat worked in a variety of corporate finance roles for One Equity Partners, Duff & Phelps, and UHY Advisors. Pat currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Straightaway Tire & Auto, unWired Broadband, Modular Devices, and Centex Construction. He is also a board observer of Vessco Holdings.  

Pat received his BA from Michigan State University and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship & Innovation.
