Thomas is a Senior Associate at O2 Investment Partners. He is responsible for evaluating new transactions, due diligence, underwriting, and working in partnership with O2’s portfolio companies.

Before joining O2, Thomas was a Senior Associate at Concentric Equity Partners, a Chicago-based private investment firm focused on the middle market. At Concentric, he was responsible for originating new investment opportunities, executing investments, and supporting portfolio companies. Before working at Concentric, Thomas was an Investment Banking Analyst at Lincoln International where he supported M&A processes in the Global Industrials group.

Thomas graduated from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting.
